The National Weather Service says five to seven inches of rain fell in just three hours, more than most urban drainage systems can handle.

The Bexar County medical examiner has so far identified three of the victims, saying they were 28, 51 and 55 years old.

The San Antonio Fire Department told CBS News that several people remain unaccounted for, but was unable to provide an exact number.
